茂名项目2#磁悬浮鼓风机运行过程出现控制器异常导致未能正常使用，前期经过采购竞标确定委托当地维修公司检测维修，由于故障控制器属于厂家核心技术部件，并且原厂家拒绝提供内部技术资料参考，导致无法完成该故障控制器正常维修使用。依据采购管理办法中单一来源采购型行：（三）必须保证原有采购项目一致性或者服务配套的要求，需要再次向原供

应商采购的。
